Constipation usually
occurs when stools remain in the colon (large intestine) for too long, normal

- Eating a lot of dairy products: Some people become constipated when they consume

Natural Methods of
treating constipation:
- Increase your daily intake of fibre. Dietitians
generally recommend about 30g of fibre every day. High-fiber foods
include plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and cereals. Add some bulking
agents, such as wheat bran, to your diet. This will help to make your
stools softer and easier to pass.
- Avoid dehydration by drinking plenty of water, However,

I used to have constipation problem over the past few years. I was prescribed various laxatives that worked for a limited time. Due to my constipation problem, I tried many brands in the market, in the forms of capsules, liquid, tea bags n powder.
